JUN 18, 2016 - NOW SEEKING OTHER HOME OWNERS TO JOIN IN A JOINT OR CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
MAY 12, 2016 - Summons were issued again for trustees. They will answer questions.
FEB 17, 2016 - Summons were issued for trustees. They will answer questions.
FEB 2016 - Trustees have failed to work to resolve this case out of court. A praecipe (court date) shall be filed soon to establish a court date.
DEC 2015 - Trustees have refused to open communication about existing issues. Apparently they prefer to go to court and so they shall depending on what happens at the January meeting. It is their choice.
SEP 2015 - Trustees refuse to bend to their failures and instead move to defame my character rather than to respond to the evidence within the legal case - they know they have lost.
AUG 14, 2015 - Filed a formal legal complaint with the Loudoun County Court House after trustees refused to yield to my legitimate authority.
AUG 05, 2015 - The RIGHT OF OVERSIGHT was exercised over the HOA.
JUL 22, 2015 - (this was the August meeting) Trustees rejected my right to redress grievances by denying time to ask questions of trustees.
JUL 07, 2015 - Trustees refused yet again to allow an owner of this HOA to speak with those who employ them.
JUN 02, 2015 - Trustees refused yet again to allow a redress of grievances. They continue to assume authority over those who employ them.
MAY 05, 2015 - The obligation of trustees to redress grievances was discussed. They failed yet again.
APR 07, 2015 - Reminded trustees that they are obligated to respond to questions posed by residents. They refused yet again.
MAR 03, 2015 - No presentation was given.
FEB 03, 2015 - Discussed the fact that the Creator (man) is sovereign over that which is Created (the HOA).
JAN 07, 2015 - Sought those who would acknowledge and openly speak about the Truth. None have stood publically to recognize your rights.
DEC 02, 2014 - Reminded trustees that "We the People" are sovereign and have only God and not government above us.
NOV 04, 2014 - Questioned trustees about which of our rights are alienable and which are unalienable. Trustees refuse to articulate what authority they cannot take from you.
OCT 07, 2014 - Spoke about infringements on your liberties and challenged Trustees to stand against further abuses of them. By their silence they refuse.
SEP 02, 2014 - Examined a unanimous denial made by the board and why it should have been a unanimous approval, if the Constitution was being respected.
JUL 16, 2014 - (this was the August meeting) Examined how the HOA is unconstitutional whether viewed as a non-profit entity or a government entity, and proved that it wields government powers and thus must necessarily be a government entity (of some sort).
JUL 01, 2014 - Explained how local officials such as HOA Board Members are our first line of defense in “securing our Blessings of Liberty” - our freedoms.
JUN 03, 2014 - Asked more questions which board members refused to answer. Make your voices heard so Trustees are forced to answer these questions. Also, please sign the petition.
MAY 06, 2014 - Asked additional questions which board members directly refused to answer. They know they are in the wrong!
APR 04, 2014 - Informed members of their support for unconstitutional authority and provided evidence. Generally backed away to allow HOA elections to take place.
MAR 04, 2014 - Mr. Tim Hughes (President) refused to answer whether he believes in God or not, whether HOA Covenants are man’s law or God’s, or whether God would empower a neighbor to limit the colors of another's home. The other board members were silent.
FEB 04, 2014 - Meeting canceled due to weather.
JAN 07, 2014 - Lead by Mr. Tim Hughes, Board Members opposed any consideration that their actions are unconstitutional, openly claiming that they are not violating it.
DEC 03, 2013 - Several Trustees refused to sign the affidavit showing they agreed to be limited by the U.S. Constitution. Several members were not present or arrived late while those present were pleasant and accommodating; still, none signed the affidavit.
NOV 05, 2013 - Mr. Marc Ripperger (the HOA Secretary) openly refused to discuss whether actions of the board are Constitutional and strongly refused to read or consider signing any such affidavit. The other board members remained silent.
OCT 04, 2013 - Mr. Tim Hughes, president of the Ashburn Farm HOA responded stating that nothing will change and they won't support any effort to uphold the Constitution.
OCT 01, 2013 - Reminded the HOA Board of Trustees of their need to review and discuss the re-charter request.
SEP 03, 2013 - Officially announced the effort to re-charter the Ashburn Farm HOA.
